Dave Paulson

Dave is a pioneer and 45-year veteran in water treatment-focused technical development and a factor in the membrane industry  growth. Involved from the start of Osmonics’ membrane technology, he built its R&D department and leadership in applications development for the reverse osmosis, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration technologies through their technical and commercial infancy through today’s accepted. As Corporate R&D Director for Osmonics, then GE water, Dave led the design, development and commercialization of 16 water treatment product lines, through both internal development and acquisitions.

Teri A. Floyd

Dr. Floyd has been performing environmental investigations and cleanups since the late 1970’s. To date, she’s led the clean-up for more than 20 superfund sites across the country.  With degrees in both chemistry and engineering, she brings 40+ years of experience in environmental conservation. Teri is truly a pioneering female entrepreneur in the industry and has owned and exited 3 successful environmental companies, including Floyd | Snider, the region’s leading environmental engineering & strategy consulting firm.

Craig Doberstein

Craig is President of CPD Solutions, and prior to that he was the Director of Water Resources at Herrera Environmental. Craig has over 20 years of experience working with all aspects of stormwater management in the Pacific Northwest. This includes stormwater and watershed planning, stormwater regulation and guidance manual development, BMP design and performance monitoring, water resource policy and regulatory development, low impact development, and stream restoration and dynamics. Craig has been recognized regionally for his unique expertise in solving regional stormwater challenges, leading to roles as a stormwater technical expert on significant regional projects and committees. 

Randy Truby

Randy is a global thought leader and entrepreneur in membrane marketing, development, application and manufacturing. Over the last 45 years, he has led numerous large-scale desalination systems globally. He formerly served as VP of Aqua Media Ltd., CEO of Fluid Systems Corporation, VP of Hydranautics/Nitto, CEO of Toray Membrane USA and CEO of NeoTech Aqua Solutions. He also drove international collaboration and innovation as the President, VP, and Chairman of International Desalination Association (IDA), American Membrane Technology Association (AMTA), and Affordable Desalination Collaboration (ADC), respectively.
